THE FAR NORTH by ANNETTE WYNNE

First Line: THE FAR NORTH IS A FROZEN LAND
Last Line: In any kind of land to play
Subject(s): NORTH, THE;

THE Far North is a frozen land,
Not a trace of tree or sand.
Not a flower on the ground ''"
Only ice and snow around.

The Far North is a frozen place,
Of gardens there is not a trace,
But, no doubt, children living there.
Think their home is good and fair.

No doubt they can find their fun,
Although there's very little sun.
For children always find the way
In any kind of land to play.
