AD ASTRA: 107 by CHARLES WHITWORTH WYNNE

First Line: SHALL WOMAN'S SWEET DEVOTION ALSO PASS
Last Line: AND WOMAN'S VIRTUE BY EACH WIND BESPOKEN?
Subject(s): HEARTS; LOVE; MARRIAGE; WEDDINGS; HUSBANDS; WIVES;

Shall Woman's sweet Devotion also pass,
Her tender trust in all things pure and true?
And with it half the joy she did amass
While Faith and Hope the Day's bright curtain drew?—
No more the mystic bond, uniting two?
Marriage a common mart, Love's altars broken,
And Woman's virtue by each wind bespoken?
