AD ASTRA: 22 by CHARLES WHITWORTH WYNNE

First Line: O BEAUTEOUS WORLD OF WONDER AND ROMANCE!
Last Line: DOUBT AND DESPAIR FALL FROM HER AS SHE FLIES.
Subject(s): FREEDOM; LIBERTY;

O beauteous World of Wonder and Romance!
God's Light behind thin veils of mystery!
Some moments of our lives thou dost enhance,
—Oft as the trammell'd soul thou settest free.
We feel so conscious of our part in thee,
The spirit leaps toward her native skies,
Doubt and Despair fall from her as she flies.
