THISTLEDOWN: TRIOLET: 4 by CORA RANDALL FABBRI

First Line: THERE'S A BIRD IN THE NEST ON THE TREE
Last Line: THOUGH THE SPRING-BLOOMS PALE AND WITHER.

There's a bird in the nest on the tree,
Though the Spring-blooms pale and wither;
There's a pearl in the deep of the sea,
Like the bird in the nest on the tree;
There's a Heart that is all for thee,
Though no love-songs rise thither;
There's a bird in the nest on the tree,
Though the Spring-blooms pale and wither.
