LADY, the sunlit hour is beautiful,
And beautiful, when winds blow soft, the sea,
And Earth in her spring flower, and affluent streams.
Of many beauties I could tell the praise,
But none there is beams on the eye so bright
As when the childless, heart-sore with desire,
See children like young buds about their house.
