EVENING, by
First Line: Dreamy, poising dragonflies
Last Line: Known once, in a dream.
Subject(s): Dragonflies; Evening; Sunset; Twilight

Dreamy, poising dragonflies
With purple-dusted wings
Hover over waters
Where endless evening sings . . .

This fading, lovely evening
Runs through me like a stream
Of straying moments
Known once, in a dream.
