THE sunburnt _____ stockman stood

A regular _____ brumby,

He jumped across the _____ horse
And cantered off, of _____ course!
The roads were bad and _____ muddy;
Said he, "Well, spare me _____ days
The _____ Government's _____ ways
Are screamin' _____ funny,
_____!"

He rode up hill, down _____ dale,
The wind it blew a _____ gale,
The creek was high and _____ floody.
Said he, "The _____ horse must swim,
The same for _____ me and him,
Is something _____ sickenin',
_____!"

He plunged into the _____ creek,
The _____ horse was _____ weak,
The stockman's face a _____ study!
And though the _____ horse was drowned
The _____ rider reached the ground
Ejaculating, "_____?"
