YOU ARE GONE, by
First Line: One white candle with soft red light
Last Line: Each lonely tear was left to me.
Subject(s): Absence; Separation; Isolation

One white candle with soft red light,
Warming my eyes across the night.

But you are gone and cannot know
With what strange peace these moments glow.

One white candle in golden death,
Flickered before a wind's cold breath.

But you are gone and cannot see
Each lonely tear was left to me.
