Tattered Eucalyptus trees Ragged rocks by sullen seas Sailing seagulls screaming Like lost souls, seeming. A mocking bird singing Trees long shadows flinging Hearts aching tenderly O Memory! Memory! Ghost-thoughts walk Tonight, and talk, talk Leaves murmur, breathless O Memory, deathless! The mocking bird sang then, It must sing again: Nothing dies, forever dead, Arbutus springs from snowy bed! | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...SAILS OF MURMUR by ANSELM HOLLO THE RIME OF THE ANCIENT MARINER by SAMUEL TAYLOR COLERIDGE TOM BOWLING ['S EPITAPH] by CHARLES DIBDIN HOW'S MY BOY? by SYDNEY THOMPSON DOBELL LOVE AT SEA by THEOPHILE GAUTIER WHY?
