I HAVE given up bathing.
The doctor told me to go down to Atlantic City
And snuff up the salt water.
He said it would be good for hay fever.
But every time I wade out to the breakers
And dip my head under the water
A life guard dashes at me
And drags me in.
The next day I see my name in the paper --
"Saved From the Surf,"
And the life insurance company
Threatens to cancel my policy.
