First Line: They said that he was first to fall
Last Line: When there is war.

They said that he was first to fall
When there was war;
But wondered why grief still remained
Long after there was built
A monument to honor him.

It was years before they knew
That they had failed to see
The One who died before he fell;
That Truth dies first the deadliest death
When there is War.
