THE STARS AND YOU, by
First Line: I saw you in the fragrance of the stars
Last Line: Held me on that april day.
Subject(s): Stars

I saw you in the fragrance of the stars;
Your spirit sweet as mignonettes,
Brushed past me on that August day.

I sought you in the singing of the stars;
Your presence glad as Christmas bells,
Touched me on that Yule-tide night.

I found you in the gleaming of the stars;
Your glance searching as the radiant dawn,
Held me on that April day.
