FAREWELL, by
First Line: Enter my heart's room! Lightly tread!
Last Line: My radiant youth, that died today!
Subject(s): Aging

Enter my heart's room! Lightly tread!
Here lies something priceless -- dead!
Serene the face, untouched by care,
With hint of worlds not mine to share!
Forbear, Grief, forbear, Tears,
Forbear, O Grey-of-Coming-Years,
Let not your sorrow cloud its way --
My radiant Youth, that died today!
