TRUSTING JESUS, by GRACE B. RENFROW First Line: When disappointment saddens you Last Line: Let praise to him arise. Subject(s): Jesus Christ | ||||||||
When disappointment saddens you And life seems hard to bear, Just trust it all to Jesus And cast on Him your care. If oftentimes dense fog and mist Turn sunshine into night, Just put your trust in Jesus-- He longs to be your light. Perhaps discouragement may knock, And fill your house with fears; Just then's the time to trust Him most, And let Him guide your years. If weary, sick, or lone your way, If tears would blind your eyes, Just reach out trusting arms to Jesus, Let praise to Him arise. | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...THE GREEN CHRIST by ANDREW HUDGINS MEDITATION ON SAVIORS by ROBINSON JEFFERS COMPANIONSHIP by MALTBIE DAVENPORT BABCOCK TO A WREN ON CALVARY by LARRY LEVIS THE TRANSFIGURATION by EDWIN MUIR SOUNDS OF THE RESURRECTED DEAD MAN'S FOOTSTEPS (#3): 1.
