WHERE IT LISTETH, by                     Poet's Biography
First Line: Love came / but when or how I do not know
Last Line: Told me so.
Subject(s): Grief; Love - Loss Of; Sorrow; Sadness

LOVE came—
But when or how I do not know—
A sunlit singing gladness,
A starlit dreaming madness,
Told me so.

Love went—
But where or why I do not know—
A broken weeping sadness,
An aching lonely madness,
Told me so.
